Why don't you offer refunds?
Digital products present unique challenges for returns since they cannot be “returned” once downloaded. How do I access my downloads?
After completing your purchase, you’ll be instantly directed to a personalized download page where all your files await. For your convenience, we also send a confirmation email containing a secure link to your download page. This ensures you can access your files whenever you’re ready, even if you don’t download them immediately.
Can I share my downloads with others?
Our standard license permits personal use only, meaning you can use the products yourself but cannot share, distribute, or resell them. Each purchase is intended for a single user. If you need multiple licenses for a team or organization, please contact us about our bulk licensing options.
